Note: The windows are double glazed so the apartment is extremely quiet. They all feature electric shutters. This apartment has three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and a wonderful living area. The main room has been divided in three areas : the dining area, the living area and the kitchen. From the living-room corner you will access the lovely terrace, perfect if the weather allows it. From the entrance hall you will reach a corridor, on your right it leads to a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms are accessible from the living-room. They are side by side. The second bathroom is next to theses bedrooms. Right opposite the bedroom is the laundry room, with washer and dryer.
Separate toilets are located between the bathroom and the living-room.
