Note: The windows of the living-room gives on a long balcony overlooking Voltaire Boulevard. The windows of the bedroom gives on quiet courtyards. The windows are double glazed.
Layout: This apartment has two separate bedrooms. The main room is very spacious, nicely decorated with art pieces. It is divided in two areas. The dining area and the living area. The entrance hall leads to the main room, and on the other side, it leads to a corridor to the bedrooms. You will have to cross the first bedroom to reach the second one. A folding room-divider has been installed in the second bedroom to gives more intimacy to its occupants. The bathroom is accessible from the corridor. The fitted kitchen gives on the entrance hall and its windows give on a courtyard. The toilets are in an independant room accessible from the entrance hall as well.
