Layout: This one of the larger Paris apartment, it is 160 m2, divide into three levels with a superb view of the river. The private lift brings you to the entrance of the apartment from where you have access to the internal stairs. On the main level is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The lounge is quite large, about 50 m2, from here, 3 stairs down, is the dining room. The modern kitchen gives onto the dining room. The first bedroom is located on the mid-floor (up). The master bedroom is located on the top floor. These two bedrooms share one bathroom, comprising of a bath, an independent shower and a toilet. The third bedroom is on the floor below and completely independent and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Finally, another separate toilet is at the entrance of the apartment.

Living room: comfortable sofa bed (allows two additional sleeping), second sofa, coffee table armchairs, chest of drawers, fire place and large flat screen TV.
